Welcome to the newest attraction on the Atherton
Tablelands. Gallo Dairyland is a fully functional dairy farm that is now producing
a range of gourmet dairy products and hand crafted chocolates. Open daily,
visitors to Gallo Dairyland will get to see how the age old method of cheese
making has evolved over the years to be come a complex and innovative process.
With European cheese makers developing new and unusual cheeses, alongside the
old favourites, a visit to Gallo Dairyland is not only informative it is fascinating
and ( tasty). Then of course there is the chocolate, which really needs little
introduction. Once again Gallo Dairyland chocolate is produced by experts whose
passion for this universally loved food shines through in all that they do.
A short drive from Yungaburra, Atherton and Malanda, Gallo
dairyland is an attraction that will make any visit to the Atherton Tablelands
in North Queensland Australia complete. With a wholesome cafe featuring a range
of fresh farm baked produce, informative displays, observation decks into
